2. Try It: Say Hello to the Downloads
There are three downloads in this example.

1. Microsoft Office 2010 professional Plus.
2. Install Microsoft Lync.
3. Set up and configure the Office desktop apps.

But Wait, There's More: The following software programs are also required for Lync and will be installed automatically if they are not detected on your computer:

Microsoft Silverlight browser plug-in Ver 4.0.

Windows Media Player 11; this program is required for recording and playback.

Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant: this program is needed to enable Lync Online to work with Office 365.
